This class is very easy, and if you want an easy A without learning anything related to Technical Writing, this is your man. He doesn't give much homework. He tries to be funny in class, often times he is inappropriate. Wanted to learn about Technical Writing but learned nothing at all. Easy class, but a waste of time.

Class is in a different room every day, and even Scott doesn't know where it will be. He talks softly, and the longer he talks, the quieter he gets and the more he mumbles. For someone teaching a communication class, he's a horribly ineffective communicator. I'll be talking to the Dean.

The easiest english class I have ever taken. He is fun and funny but you don't need to take the class seriously at all. When we are in the computer lab everyone just sits on Facebook.

I took this course as 105, but I guess now it's 150. Anyway, Consigny is one of the easiest profs I've ever had, maybe 3 or 4 easy papers to write, and the rest was class discussion of pop songs ("Losing My Religion" by REM and "Crazy" by Patsy Cline, haha) and poetry and short stories. Reminds me of a (much) more soft-spoken Robin Williams.

So so so easy. He even told us "I rarely give below a C." Just do the work. The first part of the semester was much better than the second, very cool stream of conciousness assignment. Try and get him for 105, my roomie is jealous, she got a hard prof for this class.

Excellent teacher. He made an honors class what it should be, a different type of thinking, not more work. Extremely easy to get an A in the class. Good discussions about topics and reading, it is impossible to have a wrong idea or answer to his questions.

Wonderful guy. Doesn't have the airs some other Harvard alums have around here (*cough* Herman Quirmbach *cough*). Class was not all that easy, but learning about technical communication in RELEVANT things (the internet, for example) was a blast.
