Never had a worse professor. Would only call on certain students and never call on others that had their hands raised. Doesn't teach. If you want to do well in his class literally just repeat what he just said in class and he will think you're a genius. Made me feel discouraged to participate and uncomfortable in class

T. Scott Frank is a legend. He is so easy to get off topic, but discussed current events and told inspiring stories. He gives great feedback on your work and is always available to talk. If you do theatre, you basically come in with an A. Try and do theatre when taking a class with him.

One of the worst professors Ive ever had. Jumps at any opportunity to humiliate students. Pretentious and conceited and uses class time to talk about his personal opinions on world events. Gives little to no criteria on papers and assignments and then grades harshly. Unwilling to work with you if you miss an assignment- no matter the circumstances

Frank is one of the best professors I've ever taken. His lectures have been applied to real life and have been beneficial. My class was thoroughly based on speeches (oral tales.) He'll bust balls, but its always in the best intention and everyone left the class in much better shape than during entry.

Nobody ever knew what he was talking about. He loves Greek mythology as well. Toughest grader out there. You can take all of his feedback into consideration on a paper and still get a C.

Do NOT take him for screenwriting unless you're willing to endure criticism and don't mind changing your story to fit his all-important "monomyth". He teaches you nothing about actually WRITING a screenplay and instead tells you what he doesn't like about your ideas. Very discouraging, very arrogant, and not fun. He never followed the syllabus.

A great person, but an average professor. His grading is off; seems to throw a grade on your plays. But when it comes to dialogue, you will learn a lot! He teaches you to cut out the unneccesary bits which helps in essay writing for other classes. I definitely recommend this class to anyone thinking of majoring in English.

When I started attending this class, Frank seemed like he was a goo professor. Hoverever, his communicatino class started out fine then it seemed like all he wanted to do was push his extreme liberal views on the rest of the class. He spent the second half of the semester preaching the downside to capitalism. Frank seems like and old time Socialist

Frank plays favorites to an extreme. He grading methods are out of this world biased and based on if he likes you or not. His grading is not consistant. He is basically useless at this school and pretends to know things about the theatre. All he is is a W&J alumni, so of course they hired him. He has no further education than that

He was a wonderful teacher willing to give suggestions during class to the students acting. When the students were tried from tests in other classes we would have a meditation time. A class that made my semester!

Completeley disregarded syllabus. His classes are more for him to be theatrical and to show off than they are to be in any way beneficial to students. Furthermore, an A on every single assignment in the course resulted in a final grade of a C. Entirely subjective grading, absolutely no communication of expectations. Worst class of my life.
