He doesnt use powerpoints or anything in his lectures. It was hard to take notes because he would sometimes talk too fast. When he graded your work it was hard to read his comments due to his handwriting. I could never read them. He is very knowledgeable

Great choice for a senior seminar professor! Very clean on expectations and how to stay on track with completing your paper. Lots of great advice during consultations. Incredibly intelligent man and it's inspiring just to be around him. Seminar is 4 months of hard work no matter the professor, so take Morschauser if you can!

Very intelligent professor but he is not an educator. He rambles off about information, no slides, just writes one word on the board and will go off about it. Must take notes and pay attention to every detail if you want to survive.

Note taking will be your biggest problem because of no slides and he is a tough grader. He is very intelligent and impressive with his knowledge for history. His exams and quiz are no jokes, prepair hard for them for that you pass. Lots of reading.

He is the best professor in the department. I have had him 3 times and am taking him again this coming semester. His lectures are thought provoking and very informative (TAKE NOTES). You will be challenged, but it is almost impossible not to learn in his class. Listening to his lectures will make you want to do as I have and take him over and over.

His lectures are awesome, but if you miss one, you better get the notes and review with a class mate. He is a super tough grader and his midterm and final are really hard so make sure you study and keep up with all the readings!! He likes it when you participate as well.

This guy knows what he's doing. VERY passionate about what he teaches, and he gives very detailed and interesting lectures. Tests are a little tough, and taking notes is essential to passing. Let me repeat that. TAKE GOOD NOTES and listen to his lectures VERY carefully. His class is a little on the tough side, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Hands down the most passionate man about history that I have even encountered. From start to end, he does not waste a second of time during his lectures. He means business, and you must pay close attention. Take good notes, study hard, follow the rubric on papers, and you'll be ok. Not an easy A, but a remarkable professor.

Great Professor! Gave good lectures every class that made sense and went into detail on the civilizations studied. Only problem was that his exams were based off of books that we read that were somewhat out of context with the class making getting an A on these exams difficult if you are like me and have trouble reading large texts.

He is the smartest man I've ever met. His class is a lot of work but he is great at helping you if you need the extra help. I have taken two classes with him and I learned so much in both of his classes. He knows the subject and his lectures were very Entertaining. Best professor at Rowan.

The man is nothing short of a genius. He took us to the NY Metropolitan museum, and read us hieroglyphics. His class is very difficult though, don't expect any shortcuts. Do the reading and study. You'll learn a whole lot and be utterly inspired.

Very nice guy who is very passionate about history. His class is not a breeze but if you put the work into it you will get a good grade. He definitely there to help you and tries to make the class as interesting as possible. Definitely recommend him especially for historical methods which can be a very hard class.

Dr Morschauser is a true teacher....he is the best!!! he is in the profession because he truly believes in helping and giving his knowledge. He is kind, understanding and truly an amazing person. He's so factual and smart, but also knows how to word the information so you can understand it. Because my class was a lecture style I had to take a lot of notes, some people just copied a few words that he wrote on the board and were completely lost. Test are simple, but require a lot of information. I'd take him again.

He's crazy and that just makes him more awesome. Look at his notes sometimes, they are written in hieroglyphs because he can. He brings his own podium to class, and carries it EVERYWHERE. He's the most dedicated and enthusiastic teacher you'll ever have, and you will learn more from him in a class then you ever could anywhere else. Take Him.

Dr. Morschauser is one of the best profs that I've ever had. He is passionate about History and will make even the staunchest History-hater love his subjects. He is unbelievably knowledgeable and a phenomenal teacher, as well. History major or not, take Morschauser whenever you have the chance-- I assure you that you will not be dissappointed.
