Doesn't teach, does the problems himself and expects you to know how to do them right after. Even though he is a math teacher I think he might need to go back to 1st grade to learn basic math. I haven't got over a 6 out of 10 on his homework because I am so confused.

Ugh...what can you say about him. He's a terrible prof. and is unwilling to help at all. He has 7 homework assignments the entire year, but they take approximately 6 hours to complete. Tests are fairly easy, if you study the practice tests online. Is unclear in teaching, and makes tons of mistakes.

The class is easy if you do the homework and work hard to make yourself understand the assignments. I got an easy A, but I made sure I understood everything very well. The assignments are long and involved and took me around 3 to 4 hours per week to complete properly. His exams are just like the homeworks.

I would rather kill myself than take another class with him. The worst professor I have EVER had in my life. Makes a ton of mistakes and is impossible to follow. Tests and homework are both really hard and he is completely unwilling to help you.

Horrible professor. Does not actually teach - just does examples on the board the entire class. He made so many mistakes on them that it was impossible to follow along. When I went to speak to him about my lackluster performance, he had no suggestions and was totally unwilling to help me at all. Isn't a professor supposed to look out for his students and help them however they can??

Statistics is a difficult subject. Wilson does his best to teach the class. He offers extra credit, allows a cheat sheet and is liberal with how he grades homeworks and tests. Anything beyond that is up to the individual student. You must stay on top of the homeworks even if they take a long time. You sink or swim depending on your effort.

He is unclear in the presentation of the course material. The examples provided in class are unrelated to homework questions. The homework questions and exam questions are phrased in such a way that you are unable to understand what he is asking or demanding of you. I do not recommend him.

RUN AND HIDE! This man is #1 the most borring and #2 THE MOST UNENSIGHTFUL HUMAN BEING! Highly not recommended. I'm a MGT Major so this was required... thank the good lord it is over! (His 8:30s... stay home in bed insead of an uncomfy desk to sleep)

as long as you pay attention in class and keep up with the work (and actually do the work)(which means that you actually try), you'll be fine. it's probably the material rather than the prof -- not everyone is numerically inclined. don't blame the prof.
