I thought she was a great professor! Very lenient on due dates and the papers you write are more on the creative side, it's not boring research papers at all! She was always willing to help and she was such a nice person!

I have taken multiple classes with Shannon Butler and it is kind of a mixed bag. She is strict on late work and assignments but grades them fairly. Can be very unclear on assignments and can't understand why you are confused. Sometimes worries more about what she is interested in teaching than what students are supposed to get out of the class.

Extremely easy! Does not grade any specific assignment. You just make a portfolio of all your writing pieces and hand it in at the end of the term. Then you have a interview wth her to discuss the grade you should recieve. Very good teacher!

she is the funnest prof!! Just do your papers by the end of the sem, and you'll get an A. Somtimes class went a little over, and the discusions wern't always fun, but extreamly easy class.
