Everything was open book, literally EVERYTHING! Not the most personable woman but was very helpful and considerate every time I needed to see her. Attendance is not taken but if you are absent with not doctors note, you do not get the classwork for the day and it will effect your grade.

Dr. Cady is in fact as mean as everyone says she is. She can come off to be very rude and nasty at times. However, she is a nice lady outside of class. If you are looking for an easy-going professor Cady is NOT the way to go.. Her class is unnecessarily hard in comparison to the other professors. You will learn a lot but her course is difficult.

I took her for Organic Chem 2 lab over the summer which was only five weeks. Yes she gives you alot of work to do but she is the only professor i have had a ESU that has made me learn something. her lab reports are intense but she is preparing you for the real world.

Prof. Cady is the thoughest professor I had, but if you're truly interested in learning something useful in lab, you need to take the class with her. She runs the lab like it is run in the real life. Pay attention - you're fine. Ignore the instruction and you're gonna hear it from her. Very helpful if you actually ask questions.

When I'm in her lab I feel like she's my boss except I'm not getting paid. She expects a lot for a 1 credit course. She dosen't have a nice personality and if you picked her you picked the harder lab plain and simple. My rating is higher cause I'm a chem major and understand everything going on in the lab.

She's intelligent and tells you EXACTLY what she expects you to know for exams. but she is just not a nice person. A lot of students get to caught up in her being an angry person and lose focus in her class. I got the only A in her gen chem 2 EASILY cause I shut up and payed 100% attention to every lecture and didn't let her personality get to me.

Hostile and intent on making you feel stupid. She yells unnecessarily at everyone and spent the whole lab period threatening that they would get kicked out. It stinks that Cady is the only one teaching this class because majors have to take it. The only good thing I have to say about her is that she makes it very clear what she wants done. On the other hand she is so nasty and definitely shows favoritism. She is very condescending and made it very clear she doesn't care if we pass or fail.
