Great teacher. Attendance not mandatory but recommended. Sometimes did in class assignments or attendance to count as assignments. All power points were online. Tests were fair and not hard if you studied. She knows what she is talking about.

She is a realy great teacher and it is obvious how much she loves and knows about the subject. She can be a little repetive at times and tests are easy but there are a few tricky questions. There are 10easy assignments and she drops the lowest 3! The final is not cumulative, she makes the class very interesting and she has a good personality! A++++

Loved her! To get an A, just go to class, and study her powerpoint notes in detail before the test. It's really not that hard as long as you study. She is so funny and i loved her lectures!

I started this class thinking I wouldn't have to put much effort into it, but that soon changed. You should be very comfortable with all the topics on her study guides because the tests go into more detail than the notes. Once I realized this, I did great: So make a good study guide. & make sure you do the assignments b/c they help your grade.

Very Nice and her lectures are interesting. Attendence is not mandatory, but there are occasional unscheduled assignments that you risk missing if you skip class. Not a hard class, but the exam questions are more detailed than the lectures, so I would suggest reading the book.

She is a really nice teacher, knows a lot about nutrition. The book is not really required just a helpful aid. She has study guides for the tests and all info is usually in the power point or provide in the lecture. I learned a lot, had fun and enjoyed this class. Highly Recommend this professor.

Tests come directly from her lectures and slides, she hints ALOT about what will be asked. Subject matter is very useful outside of the classroom, and although rather difficult, it is very interesting! Don't bother buying the textbook because all the tables/info you need from it are on her posted slides. Very nice person too!!

She reads from her slides. She takes assignment grades so you have to be in class to get credit. But other than that she teaches interesting, up to date information. She also tells personal stories. The tests are super easy as long as you study the study guides you should get at least a B. (I got an A)

Pretty easy class overall. Go to class! In-class assignments that r worth a good portion of your grade. Tests are pretty hard. You have to study! Not an easy A, but it is a guaranteed B

The information is fairly difficult but she gives a lot of hints about what is going to be on the test and will give extra points if the class does poorly. You need to go to class because she does in class assignments but you can drop the lowest 3! She's not very good about responding to emails but you can talk to her before or after class
