She is a great teacher, she just expects that you participate every class period. I find that to be ridiculous because she assigns a lot of reading, so you're never going to get through all of it to participate how she wants you to. She's a great teacher, but she will grade your papers based on her opinions. The class is interesting.

This class was sometimes dull, and there was a lot of reading, but if you can take this professor, DO IT. She truly cares about us as students and proved that throughout the semester, and I wish I could take more classes with her because I learned so much in one semester that will help me with my career for the rest of my life.

This class, like all education classes, is extremely frustrating. However, Dr. Chubbuck's teaching style and grading system makes the class infuriating. DR. Chubbuck uses poster words like "community" and "support" all the time, but it doesn't mean anything in context of the class, and then she grades the tests based on her nonsense!

Mrs. Chubbuck is a very energetic teacher that enjoys your participation and is eager to help you learn. The class was not super interesting, but enough that it wasn't a total bore which many classes can be. Overall, and extremley fair, nice, caring woman who teaches a solid class. Larry Miller is known to be easier though.

Great teacher. Tons of energy. Loved teaching and her class was fun. Lots of cool discussion with some in class activities and debates. This class was pretty much the reason why I switched my major to Education!

She is great! I disagree with the above. She is very caring and wants to meet you half way with your own interests and passions. She will lend you an ear whenever you need one. In my smaller class, she invited us to dinner at her home!
