This class is HORRIBLY boring. While attendance isn't taken you still have to go to class because she doesn't post the slides online. Tests are mostly based on the book, which she barely lectures on. Overall easy class, nice teacher, but don't take it if you don't want to be bored to tears for an hour and 20 minutes twice a week.

She started the Health Psych. class at U-Albany. She is intelligent and interesting. Test were easy if you studied and used online quizes as a guide. Much of the material overlapped but you still learned something new each time. Stories and personal anecdotes are fair game on exams! She gets a pepper and an A!

She is a very nice, caring woman. She has a good sense of style. Her lectures are kind of boring but straight foward. Tests are 50 multiple questions and the lowest of 4 gets drops. The textbook is not rquired but you dont have to read it. Few questions come from the text but most from notes.

This class has been by far the most interesting Psychology course I have ever taken. If you are considering to sign up for this class, I urge you to do so. Dr. Danoff-Burg goes beyond presenting PowerPoint slides- she adds ingredients of her own research in Health Psychology, which I believe is the core of interest. Make sure to read the textbook.

She's strikingly beautiful and I couldn't take my eyes off of her half the time. The class is good too - I was interested in Health Psychology to begin with, though, so I enjoyed listening to her lectures. I thought she did a nice job teaching it.

A very hot and capable teacher, however the class material was BORING, to me at least. I wanted to kill myself just for studying for this class, and this is coming from the person with the highest grades in the class. To sum it up: good professor, easy class, yawn inducing topic.

Let me say upfront that I want to go shopping with her, she has an AMAZING style, but putting that aside the class presentation is really boring, you have to go to class, which is fine by me, but after a while it was so tedious and repititous you kinda wanted to stop going, All said, good class, take it easy overall.
