Really enthusiastic professor who knows her stuff. Grades moderately. Assigns a lot of reading but you don't really have to read all of it. A boring lecturer but she makes classes good because she is so passionate about her subject and studies and research that you often don't even realize it. Take a class with her.

AMAZING. Had her for Urban Politics as well as my capstone in Housing Policy. She is brilliant, a bit all over the place but so charming and helpful. She even invites her classes to her house at the end of the semester. Nurturing and a professor I still keep in touch with after graduation. Don't be harsh on her style, she's actually brilliant.

She is probably the most annoying person I have ever encountered. She says absoutely nothing regarding the topic of the class. She has no idea how to speak, she constantly uses ums and yeas and it makes me want to kill myself every single second of it. I have learned absolutely nothing in this class and I want to avoid her for the rest of my life.

I hated this class. She should seriously consider retirement. There are plenty of better teachers that could be teaching this class. If your enrolled in a class of hers switch out, even if you miss the deadline, pay the 40 bucks and get out of it.

If you manage to not kill yourself between her ummms and yeahs that occur between every sentence and sometimes in them, then you will die of annoyance. She is flakey for lack of a better word and is very close minded. If you say something she disagrees with then she will have it in for you all year and she gets pissed off if you ask for a meeting.

She is pretty unorganized, our class has fallen very far behind the syllabus. I don't really like her reaction papers. Shes a really nice person but I don't like the way she teaches/organizes the class. Also..she never lets you out on time.

Absolutely awful. She is so boring to listen to and she teaches as if it's high school. Papers are so specific you have to summarize her ideas and text, forget making your own points. She is terribly inarticulate, about as bad as George Bush ... seriously! I was so excited for this class in August and now I can't wait until it ends. Avoid her!

Amazing lady who is very passionate about her class, only problem is she has a tendency to run over time and the classes do feel very long. However if you have a friend in the class its fine. All in all shes a great teacher and the work load isnt a ton which is good. I didnt read once and still got a B+ so.... not hard.

I wish I had taken one of her classes sooner. I find Urban Politics with Krefetz to be fascinating though there are some big egos (they also get poor grades). in the class that will tell you otherwise. Krefetz is brilliant in her field and her ecentric personality makes her one of the best professors I've had at Clark. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Krefetz gets so excited about her subject, its refreshing. She is very absent-minded, but still manages to keep her lectures consistent. A bit heavy on assignments, but overall a good prof.

She's a nice lady, who LOVES teaching. It's refreshing to see a prof so interested in what she has to teach. However, too much reading and papers! I like the subject but 3 reaction papers and 2 research papers :/ Not a hard grader.
