She definitely isn't the nicest person, pretty sure she hated everyone. In lab, me and my partner didn't understand one part, asked her for help and basically got yelled at. Avoid taking her if possible.

Dr.Sowa is both good and bad.The material is not hard, is straightforward and you will know what to expect on the test,but her teaching style is boring at best.She is very unpleasant to be around and does not take enough time to help her students personally.Try to avoid her for taking lab or in a situation where you will have to ask for help often.

This is the first time I have written one of these because i feel i have to warn people. She is a horrible teacher and just reads off of the slides. She constantly says i assume you already know this though, instead of teaching it and she is the most miserable person i have ever seen. HORRIBLE very very HORRIBLE. Avoid if possible. Dr. Sowa is a horrible person and proffesor. Anyone can stand in front of a classroom and show powerpoint slides... she taught me nothing and her class was useless. In addition she was rude,ignorant, and downright mean. DO NOT TAKE HER!

Dr. Sowa is a different kind of professor... I had her for both Chem 101 and 102. As long as you know the study guides and you read the book then you will do fine. She's a good professor BUT she will give attitude to the class sometimes about random stuff. Overall, these classes were pretty easy because she basically gives you the tests beforehand.

Dr. Sowa is a different teacher. She has no problem saying what is on her mind. On that note, she is very straight forward. She gives you all the slides and study guides for test. if you know those minimum things youll get a high b+ in the class. Shes an easy grader and gives bonus like theres no tomorrow. Im taking her again for chem 102Shes easy!

Dr.Sowa is a...different professor. She will ask a question and stand at the front and wait (even if it's ten mins later) until someone answers it. She is the kind of person who wants you to already know what you are doing. All her exam questions come from her slides that you can download for yourself.

She's a good teacher but a horrible person and very very sarcastic and rude, especially in lab. She has no problem making students look stupid. The class is easy if you read and study and do the practice problems they help. Even though i didnt like her as a person, the class was decent.

Dr. Sowa is not as bad as everyone says she is. She can come off as grumpy sometimes but if you get on her good side she's not bad at all! If you do the study guide and go to SI you will be fine. She gives soooo much opportunity for extra credit. Her class is an easy A, and everyone who complains about failing clearly didn't try at all!

her class really isn't too hard. she only assigns a little bit of homework and she gives a lot of extra credit opportunities. her tests aren't bad if you know the study guide, so definitely know the information on the study guide. she's not the most helpful teacher, but she gives a lot of opportunities to get a good grade.

can be boring at times but her class is pretty easy if you try. Go to the SI sessions if you need help. She likes kids who attend SI and ask for help. She likes kids who answer questions and try hard. She gives lots of opportunities for bonus. Honestly, if you don't get and A or a B in her class you just plain are not trying.
