Professor Cleary was my favorite teacher this semester. This is my first semester at UCO so I was wary of taking such a hard class, but she made it absolutely easy. Her lectures are fun and informative, and her tests are so easy. She even provides the scantrons! No phones allowed. Class participation is encouraged. Very funny. RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Cleary is hands down the best professor I have taken at UCO. She is so interesting. Her lectures are humorous and intriguing. She is so passionate and smart and actually cares about her student's learning. I highly recommend taking her class.

She definitely wasn't my favorite professor I've ever had. But she isn't bad at all. I took her for criminology and she is absolutely brilliant. She really cares about what she teaches and she cares about her students. She is super down to earth. I highly recommend her. She gives study guides and extra credit. Easy and wonderful!

Dr. Cleary will go down in history as the best Professor I had, hands down. I could not wait to listen to her lectures and always learned something. It always made sense to me. I would pay to take her classes again and again, even after I graduated. You will have gained something by taking her courses.

This woman knows her stuff! She's approachable and down to earth. I respect her a lot and look forward to classes with her. She tends to get off subject when she's really passionate about things (sexual offenders mostly) but you can take away some real information just by showing up. Her tests can get difficult if you don't show up though.

Dr. Cleary is one of the best professors I've ever had! She is extremely knowledgeable and interesting. If you go to class, take notes, and study the study guides you will make an A. Group work is not required, and all assignments are fairly simple. I hope I will have other classes with her!

Amazing Teacher! I am taking her again this summer. Attendance is important because she does not use power points. Make sure to review the study guide she gives you before exams. Her test questions come straight from that guide. Also, know how to cite your papers correctly and use proper grammar.

Her Criminology class was just so interesting! There are few slow parts, but overall she teachers the material very well and makes it interesting. She doesn't require any group work, and all the assignments are reasonably simple. I hope to have her again in another course!

I loved Dr. Cleary! She is extremely helpful. Write down everything she puts on the board, and thats whats on the test... She has great stories, and her tests arent that hard. dont buy the tiny book the syllabus says to get. We never used it!

Amazing prof. I changed my major because of her class. But you don't have to be a Soc major to enjoy her classes. You write an article summary every week and have a large project due at the end of the semester. Not difficult at all.

I took Dr. Cleary for Critical Issues in Criminal Justice and she was very nice. I thought the midterm was hard, but everything else is really easy. She's very interested in sex offenders and the death penalty.
