Shelley is a great teacher, good knowledge and nice manner. She knows exactly what she is talking about and student know what she want. Fairly clear teacher and helpful .. she answers all questions and emails. One of my best teacher at UFV. She can't do your work but she tells you what to do and how. I highly recommend Shelley and I take her again

Online class. One of my favorite teachers ever! She was very helpful, always answered my questions promptly, was very understanding and easy to work with- tried her best to make class most convenient for me. As long as you meet all the points on project and midterm lists, you will get an A!

Horrible teacher!! Interesting course material, but the woman is horrible. She accused me of cheating multiple times when I NEVER did. She is very rude and it took her forever to answer her e-mail, and when she finally did answer, she didn't help at all... I will never take a class with her again if I can help it.

Very Hard instructor stay away, and not worth your time and effort, assign homework based on her knowledge, text book is not very usefull when it comes to homework, extremely tough marker, and very picky, had to take an extra course to raise up my GPA, and very hard to reach as she is the department head of CIS now. overall a very picky and idiot.

Completely disappointing. She told me CIS students are low quality and that you could do the entire program at home in a couple of weeks. How did anyone with so low regard for CIS get to be department head?
