Slightly boring subject, but he is a great guy that earnestly tries to entertain his students by tossing silly things into his lectures. Easy tests and quizzes, just look over your notes, the term sheet, and study guides he provides. Honestly can't get much more simple. Also, easy to contact, if you need to miss class or make up a test. Take him.

Professor was hit or miss. Take the notes and use his study guides and you should come out with at least a B in the class, an A if you do well. The lab grade really helps out since its taught by a better teacher. Use the book to substitute what you miss in class.

This class is difficult if you don't put the time into it. he gives study guides, so just go over that like crazy before the test and you should be set. tests are all short answer, but they are manageable, like i said, if you put the effort into it. the textbook is optional but i recomend getting it, it helped me a lot.

Unless you HAVE to take a class with Clebnik, stay away. He is unbelievably boring, uses slide projectors from the 40's with slides just as old. Never gets to his point, always on a tangent. Is demeaning, says things like "i don't expect you average people to understand." Can never be reached for email, doesn't say what will be on tests. STAY AWAY!

Had a few classes with him, and he is very fun. Very knowledgeable of his information, and doesn't teach from a book or power point like most other teachers. The book recommended in each class is helpful for tests, but he doesn't require them. Lots of useful handouts. Tests are mostly short essay Q's.

He knows what he's talking about. As long as you have someone else in the class who can take notes, you barely have to go. Exams are all short answer, so write down what he says in class...(book won't really help) i went less than half the time and had a B

Clebnik is great. I had no interest in many of the topics that he covered and now I'm looking info up on my own. He may be a bit old school, but that is ok with me. He LOVES this stuff. It is so much easier to learn from someone who is enthusiastic.
