Great teacher, sweet lady, very approachable and interested in helping her students do well. Gives excellent notes and brings snacks to share at exams:) If you need to take BIO 12, I recommend taking it with Shiona.

Shiona's super great teacher-very helpful,kind&uses variety of teaching medias.I love Shiona.Though I only got B-,it's my fault.I didn't use textbook,didn't study hard+attend the class regularly.If you study hard,understand the detail,attend the class regularly,use your textbook+ REVIEW THE LABS(THE EXAM'S HARD),you'll get a better grade than me.

Excellent Teacher. Makes everything easy to understand, brings treats to share with the class, and writes everything you need to know on the board in simple and clear terms. She is approachable and very friendly toward students. I never liked biology before, but really enjoyed Shiona's classes! If you need to take Bio, take her class.

Write down everything that she puts on the board and you will have all the information you need to ace her tests. Shiona spends the time to make sure that you are well prepared for exams with review classes and vocab lists..etc. I found her to be a fair marker and really approachable too

In the ABE dept....one of my favorites!! i ALWAYS mention her name and recommend her to ppl. very clear, very knowledgable, makes class fun. very willing to help and makes sure all students understand her. I wish her all the best!! p.s. she gives out the BEST notes....;)
