this class is not that hard at all.she gives pretty brief reading assignments and 2 papers,and is very thorough in class discussions.if you make sure your paper makes sense and there are no grammatical errors, you'll be fine.journals are the only pain, but I got an A for the class without that much effort.

I loved Venugopal. She's tough but it's to get you to think. She taught me how to analyze lierature; and I learned a lot from her. She was a very outstanding prof, I'm definitely taking her again!

I thought she was nice, but, yes, the work, oh my god, the work. I wrote more for this class than I care to remember- if I had been fulltime, I would have had to drop. I did learn a lot, but then, this was a required course for me, so I didn't have much choice.
