Good prof. Gives u a handout almost every class which summarizes everything u need to know for the test. There were only 3-4 short hw assignments with 5 questions each where u essentially just use the equations he gives u to find an answer. He still uses a chalkboard so its hard to understand his writing sometimes - but u can j use the handout.

I took him for both 1001 and 1002 Eco and he's just amazing. I'm not really sure why people don't like him that much, I thought he was great. He's incredibly knowledgeable on what he teaches and you can tell he cares about the class. He gives handouts so if you miss, just go and ask for one. He can even be pretty funny from time to time. Take him!

This man is an absolute legend. He receives a lot of criticism for his accent and being hard to understand but it's not that bad. He is a master of the material that he teaches and his lessons are clear and concise. The way he articulates his point to students is second to none. Gives student every opportunity to succeed. God bless Shujaat Khan!!!

Dr. Khan was a decent professor. Really laid back and doesnt ask for much. 4 assignments about 5 questions each, and a midterm and a final. Gives review sheets for tests that are formatted the same as they will appear on test day. Lecture heavy and can be boring. DO NOT buy the textbook.

This prof was awful!! He has a heavy Indian accent and writes super lightly on the board. So understanding what he is trying to teach you can be difficult.

Took Dr. Khan for ECO 1001 & 1002 and the grading criteria is the same. A midterm, final, and 4 easy HW assignments make up the grade. He hands out the notes to his lectures and the tests are replicas of his review sheet. Show up to class and you'll pass

Has a heavy accent and speaks in a very low voice. Hand writing is horrible and is very rude when asking to repeat something. 4 assignments, 1 mid-term and 1 final, he gives a sample paper but in my opinion isn't really helpful. He says he will add assignments and attendance grade to final grade but doesn't.

Every class is lecture based and he gives hand outs as notes. There is a midterm, final, and four hw assignments. He does speak softly (so sit close to the front) and has an accent, but I still understood him. If you show up to class, cause he does take attendance, and get the handouts, you should be fine. Don't buy the textbook!

He speaks terrible english and honestly i don't think one person in my class actually listens to him. He doesn't like when you "interrupt" his lectures to ask questions and that is kind of ridiculous. He gives assignments but they are short and you can use formulas on the test.

Extremely straightforward class. Took him for ECO1001 and ECO1002 and the format is the same for both classes. A midterm, a final, and 4 HW assignments. Hands out lecture notes so you don't really need to pay attention if you don't want to, but he takes attendance, so you need to show up. Also gives sample tests which are helpful.

Is very rude, does not allow you to ask question in class, and there is only a final, a midterm, and 4 hw assignments. He has a very heavy accent and uses the chalkboard for everything. DO NOT BUY THE TEXTBOOK.

Nice & easy prof! Midterm&Final, MC & T/F (gives review sheets), 4 easy hws (5 questions). Notes are in his handouts, whatever he explains in class is verbatim to them! Sometimes funny&is a munchkin! Passionate about what he teaches & simplifies everything! Lets you out very early 75% of the time. Taking him again next semester for ECO1002!

Not the easiest class, but definitely one of the better Intro to Econ professors. Lectures every class and HANDS OUT NOTES, so you don't have to take notes. A midterm (35%), final (40%) and four HW assignments (20%). People complain about his accent but it's really not that bad. Understood everything he said. Would take him again.

Easy Class. If you pay attention the class is an easy A. Gives typed up notes for what you will be discussing in class so even if you miss class you still have what was discussed. Easy assignments and tests are simple. Overall very easy course.

Super easy class. He breaks everything down and simplifies the criteria so that economics is easy for everyone. His accent is not bad at all, I understand everything he says. Great economics class to enroll in, I would take him again. Two thumbs all the way up!

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. His accent never really affected how I did in his class. No one could make economics easier than this guy. No need to take notes. Even if your absent, he hands you the notes you missed. Only 5 small assignments and midterm and final have extra credit. Shame on you if get anything lower than an A.

Easy going class. Short assignments, a final and midterm. He gives you extra credit multiple choice questions on the tests. Really, there's no way you should get anything lower than an A if you study the notes and do the assignments. He gives out a review sheet that is VERY similar to the tests and even lets you use formulas and notes during tests

Very strong accent, and very illegible handwriting, I passed this class with a, A. Only because of tutors and the book, he never uses the book and recommends that you really don?t need it if you listen to him, but the hard part is doing just that. Also he gives handouts!to make up for his handwriting.

Yes he has an accent but thisis the real world. This class is easy if you go over the notes he gives you. You don't need to write any notes! How awesome is that? He also gives you 5 extra points on the test and lets you use a formulas cheat sheet on the test.
