When I arrived at Samford as a Freshmen his class was full, I went & knocked on his office door, told him who I was, that I had heard great things about him & wanted so badly to take his class. He told me to email a certain person & he got me in! He is a wise and caring man. I am so thankful that I was able to get into his class to learn from him.

I had several classes with Sigurd before he retired. He is the most absolutely amazing man I have ever met in my life. Still jogging & swimming every morning in his 70's! You can't be around him without learning something. He is the best of the best.

Dr. Bryan was one of the best professors ever known to man! I had him for two classes, and even though his tests were REALLY freaking hard, he was more than smart, but WISE. I just want to know why he had to retire before I graduated?!
