Overall good person but the course is poorly designed. For an MBA student this course will not help you become a better manager. Too much focus on the theory and not on their practical application. Lots of readings and unclear instruction as to what will be on quizzes and bad design. Very much an undergrad memorization course with an MBA price tag

He knows his content. Makes concepts easy to understand. Textbook choice was poor, a lot of fluff within the book. Read the textbook, put in an honest effort with the group work, and pay attention to the hints he drops in class and this will be an easy A. Go to all lectures if you want to be sure to get all of the hints that will get you an A+

I took his Organizational Behavior course. I don't like his slides but really like his teaching style and the contents. He made the concepts and definitions so easy to understand. Lots of readings for this course. Make sure you read books, and then it will be an easy A. Don't know why the average score is low. The questions are all in the book

Taggar is one of the best profs at Laurier, he relates the course work to social life and helps the concepts resonate with you. He's a tough marker but fair, if you show you're interested and participate actively marks will come your way. Super down to earth prof, treats you like an equal rather than a student. His lectures are worth every minute.

Simon is passionate about his work. Shows a genuine interest in hearing what you have to say. Makes some off-color comments but that's what makes him unique. Not an easy class as he wants you to know your stuff. If you do, you will be rewarded. No complaints, other than maybe *too* much detail required on exams.

Terrible prof. BEWARE, he uses outdated materials, so make sure you use other profs slides when you have to prepare for the finals. The class is pretty fun though, he talks a lot about his personal life, which can be non-related but funny nonetheless.

I don't see how the others on here enjoyed him. He kept relating examples back to one's love life (which made me uneasy), he lectured WAY too fast and expected you to know everything for the midterms and final. I didn't feel comfortable enough to approach him for questions at all. He practically left you on your own.

Simon was the best prof I have ever had at Laurier. I wish he could teach all of my classes. He made the content interesting, used personal experience as examples and was also really funny. He loves joking around, but knows when to get to work. He is an awesome prof so consider yourself lucky if you have him! You won't be disappointed!

He's a really great guy and an amazing lecturer. I just think that his lectures sometimes go a bit off topic, but they are always fun. He makes OB fun and enjoyable! His only flaw is that his lecture slides are a bit unorganized but other than that, a great prof!! Would recommend!
