Boring, not the worst teacher around. Laid back. The works not hard, just read a lot. Doesn't make it interesting at all, very boring. Trys to be funny, but isn't. Little bit of studying will get you an A/B. Did I mention that he is boring? Seriously, all classes are boring to some degree, but his goes above and beyond, and I normally like history.

One of the best teachers on the campus. You can ACTUALLY learn(lots of stuff) in his class, unlike Ryan's class. As for hardness, it's called college get used to it.

Prof. Neely is a really nice guy. You have to buy the book and read every chapter. Not really to much extra credit so you have to do really well on the quizzes and tests because that is your grade. No homework, just a lot of reading. A good teacher who knows his stuff!

I took his classes for love of the subject, and was a bit dissappointed. Anti-religious, anti-government, not nice as a teacher but very nice ot individual students. His study guides are the quizzes, the quizzes are the tests. And learn your dates.

overall, an easy class, but a bonehead for a teacher, unless you like teachers that teach nothing but their own oppinion and jabber on about nothing that relates to absolutely nothing in the book. i managed an A, but only by sleeping through class and reading the book later.

he tells u exactly what he's gonna teach about its mostly all from the text. he's not heavy on the hw, only 2 tests- themidterm and final, & 1 easy quiz a week. his class is only tough if you're a slacker

Mr. Neely is not a good teacher. He tends to lecture about subjects that are not realted to coursework and test on the only the book. He will not let you make up a quiz- but he will drop one. He wears the same green shorts every day!!Do not take him!!!

Neely is one teacher who definitely knows his stuff and very willing to help you if you take the time to talk to him. There is lotsa memorization and reading to do for the class. I found his lectures very interesting but that's only if you're into history
