Professor Pal moves very fast with her class. She is extremely lecture heavy and although her tests are open notes they are very hard. She encourages participation but no one really knew how to answer her questions. The material itself is challenging as well.

Sipra is super sweet and tells really funny stories about grad school. There's a lot of homework, and she can speed through lecture a bit too quickly at times, but that's all balanced out by open book/open notes tests and extra credit.

I will be forever grateful to Sipra because she talked me out of dropping the class after I missed 2 weeks of classes and I managed to get an A! She gives students every opportunity to do well! Tons of extra credit, easy grader, reviews all homework in class before it's due! Tests are often open book/notes except for the final, but final is v easy

Physics for life Sciences 1. She is awesome! She is easy and cares. I feel bad when the class bores her. The subject is interesting to some, but she makes the class go by fast. She grades really easy. I got 102% on the frist exam and I thought I might not understand some concepts. She careas so much and is so lovely!!

This lady is absolutely amazing. I had her for Physics I and now I'm taking her for Physics II. She's as helpful as they get with professors and CARES about you and your grades. She understands physics really well and tries to bring it to life with examples and bringing things into class to observe. I definitely recommend her :)

Sipra is a really nice professor. She is always willing to help. The homework gets crazy sometimes but doing it will really help you on the test. If you feel lost, she is always willing to bring you up to speed, but you need to ask! Also, she gives lots of partial credit on tests so put down anything you know and you might get some points.

She seems to often just not know what she is talking about. She can teach the material in the book but seems to have no intelligence outside the text, particularly when making examples. (The 'shocky thingy' is called a defibrillator!) She is not always too good at explaining things. But, she is a very easy grader which is a very good thing!

Well what can i say, this lady obviously doesn't understand that people ARE JUST BEING INTRODUCED TO THIS MATERIAL. SHE TEACHES NO MATH BACKGROUND which is imperative to understanding anything at all in these two classes. Before taking any of her classes, make sure you have Calc 1, 2, and 3, Diff. Eq. & Linear Algebra. Else youa re screwed.
