Not sure why there are any bad reviews. She's awesome and really enthusiastic about the material. She'll help you out if you need it and takes your opinions into consideration when allowing for project extensions etc. She always asks individually how everyone's week was to start the class off and really cares. I LOVE PROFESSOR LOPES-MURPHY! TAKE HER. I have her for EDUC 422 and 425 and she is amazing. She is so much fun, we are constantly cracking up in class, and she really cares about each student. The class has A LOT of projects, but as long as you do them ahead of time you'll be fine. If you do everything you'll get an A. TAKE HER!!

AVOID. too much busy work. too much repetition. changed grades after semester was over, so blackboard is not an accurate indicator of your grade. the regrading was based on how well she thought you understood the material- not an easily measurable standard, which meant that she could change your grade as she pleased.
