Comment:

I found it refreshing to have her a teacher. She does read from the book which makes it more interesting to me, because the textbook is too wordy and very confusing to me (not a fan of the books). She points out the parts of the book that are more important and on the tests. You also have to be a good notetaker to get a better grade on the tests.

Comment:

Distracted, unprepared. If you are not a total liberal, avoid her class. She invariably uses the podium to preach her liberal views - totally inappropriate. One of the worst teachers I have ever had at a college level.

I think she is a great teacher. She always has true stories to tell in class that help you understand what she's talking about. I found her class to be intresting. She dose take home finals and fairly simple homework, although there is homework every week. She dose read out of the book and her class is all lecture.

She appears as if she is not prepared because she reads out of the book. She does not give an overview of what she introduces and then covers. She is exceedingly boring. Bring ear plugs, so you can study in class while she reads the text.

Civil Litigation Procedures -- She probably knows her stuff in court, but relaying information to the class is not her strong point, and she's all over the place, which is quite confusing. I learn by reading the book. I will not take another class w/her.
