She is absolutely AMAZING!! I hate speaking in public, but she made it so much fun. She helped me over come a lot of my fear. She is so understandable when it comes to problems outside of the classroom. She really cares about her students. I really hope I get to take one of her classes in the future.

Dr. Martin is amazing! I took her freshman year for public speaking...I was completely dreading the class, but she made it so much fun! I would recommend anyone to take her. I've heard that other teachers for this class really suck, so you better take Dr. Martin!

Just did the half semester class with Ms. Martin, I recommend taking her! She made the class fun and enjoyable! Easy for people with high anxiety about speaking in groups too! Gotta remind her to turn her cell phone off once in awhile though ;) Only thing I think she could do to improve would be spend more time inclass on outlining.

Professor Martin is a very interesting woman and extremely intelligent. She made our class at ease so it was easier to give speeches. Even if you are intimidated by making speeches in front of your class she makes the class enjoyable and I highly recommend taking her class.

I adore this woman! I had pub speaking at 800 am! and she made it FUN! she has lots of energy, shes spunky (but not to the point of being annoying) and she is most of all FUNNY! She uses slang and talks to us like we are real people and not MORONS.TAKE HER IN WHATEVER SUBJECT SHE OFFERS. She makes class interesting and makes you challange yoursel
