he grades papers very hard and unfair. he definately has his favorites. all he does is talk about himself, and if you are not in class, he lets the entire class know exactly where you are. you will have to read a lot and the topics are not easy at all.if you take this class, be prepared to work hard. dont forget your BIG WORD LIST!!!

Is very full of himself and expresses his own opinions about student's personal lives. Can't keep his mouth shut about personal things but wants to know all about you. If you don't like poetry he will drop your grade. Very snobby. Would NOT Recommend. Is also very unfair in his grading and assignments.

He definately pays more attention to the boys, if your female forget it. He talks about himself and his travels alot; its easy to get him off topic. His tests are very picky and they dont always match the subject matter.

Wonderful lectures and interesting "sidebars." Easy class. Expect daily quizzes, which aren't that bad. Exams weren't bad either. Dr. Rich is more than willing to go out of his way to help students. Overall excellent professor.

At first he may seem a little tough, but he is a GREAT man. Very passionate about his profession, and cares greatly about his students! He is VERY intelligent! You will learn alot from him!
