One of the most interesting classes I've ever taken. You'd better keep up w/ all the readings & participate in class discussions, though! I loved how we could make our group presentations on any topic of our choice. Dr. Steirer really pushed me, but made me feel appreciated for my efforts. However, sometimes he picked on a few students too much.

Had him for Hist of SC online. You basically have to keep checking the discussion board ALL DAY. You can also find your answers to questions straight out of the book, but he will say they're wrong. Don't reccomend this teacher. He'll make you feel like a complete idiot.

Great teacher. I took several of his classes. He made SC history some what interesting. My senior seminar with him is still one of the best classes I took at college.

Great guy who is really intertaining. Kind of like your granddad, except he knows more. Pretty easy, no tests, just papers.

This guy is great. His classroom is very open and he gets everyone involved. Take 301 from him, you pick a character and role play the entire class. He's definitely one of my favorites at Clemson.

Everyone at Clemson should be required to take his SC history class! The class is mostly discussion and so it's good to participate and volunteer your opinions. There is a lot of outside reading to do and his exams are all at-home essays. I love him!
