Professor Mood is absolutely wonderful. I have taken her at least twice in the past and each and everytime is nothing short of amazing. She is very helpful and she always clarifies something if anyone needed clarification. I would recommend anyone to take this class with Professor Mood.

I enjoyed taking mrs. Mood! She defiantly challenges your mind. When she assigns essays she is very open on topics, you can write on pretty much anything. All essays are a learning process and do take time but, if you work hard and talk to her you can get a good grade. I got an A :). Take her if you enjoy learning and open topic classes!!!shesgreat

She is amazing. Interesting, insanely open-minded and a wonderful person. She is so helpful and nice and her assignments are open for student creativity. So glad I took this incredibly supportive and knowledgeable professor, and the work load isn't bad either... just do it and you'll be fine

Really opens your mind to thinking. She grades very fair. I worked my tail off for my grade, and I love to write. For the advanced comp class, she isn't going to tell you what to write and things get a bit ambiguous, but she is amazing and has a lot to offer her students!

Great teacher- passionate and a little quirky. She expects a lot, but is lenient grading. Paper topics are vague (can be good or bad for you depending). Lots of peer reviews for 5 papers. Requires online posting occas., but all lessons are challenging & rewarding. Book is her own - essentially lectures via chapters. Very helpful - AWESOME class!

She is a really nice person and does not give much guidence, open to anything. She lets you write about pretty much whatever you want but then doesn't grade all that easy on it. There was a lot of homework due every day which was overwhelming sometimes. Alright class overall, just be aware you are going to work hard.

It's near the end of the semester but I have to honestly say that Mrs. Mood is one of the greatest teachers I ever had (and I'm a tough critic). She truly cares about her students and wants them to succeed. Incredibly student oriented, helpful, and inspirational, her passion for teaching is obvious. Don't take anyone else for 124. She's awesome!

definitely write one paper after the other and if you are a person that needs to have an outline to know what the teacher wants on the paper you will feel a little lost.but she is very nice and will explain things various times and will give you time in class to peer edit your paper.there is no in class work except an easy journal, no text needed!

She was a pretty good teacher. Very vague on the papers, which at first can be very difficult. A lot of discussions in class which made me enjoy the class more, even though I don't like english.
