I really enjoyed Sen's class. Because the math involved in teaching K-8 is so diverse it's hard to touch on everything. So Sen focused on the idea to convey the interest and excitement of teaching/learning math in order to entice students. I'm glad this class wasn't just practical things because we already had to cover that in an earlier course

He is AMAZING! His interest for the course is definitely worth taking the course. He is extremely helpful + super kind- always smiling! You need the courseware for sure- there arees every class worth like 30% of your grade. But they're not too difficult as long as you read the course readings every week. Overall, it's easy to excel in this class

His classes were awesome! It sometimes may be boring because he talks to himself for the 3 hour lecture, however, if you listen to what he talks about, sometimes new ideas or thoughts might come to your mind and give you a "click". discussions and quizzes are worth 40% and 30% of your final grade. basically you'll get 40% for your discussion :)

You honestly learn so much in this class- it is totally worth your time. Ya the material may be a bit dry, but you do discussions for majority of the seminar class. Its all about your own opinion.. and in most post secondary classes you don't get to voice your own opinion enough. Best prof ever!!
