I love this professor, and I like his way of teaching. More instructors like him at MIIS will really help student retention. Hishelpfulness is a 10 out of 10. He is very approachable, nice and easy to communicate with.He is awesome!!!

I'm taking his ethics and force class right now. He's very nice and laid back as far as class goes. Structure: 1 7,000 word essay on an ethical dilemma, participation, and discussion/critique of classmate's paper. I like him, but I feel he's too laid back for me. I've written a good paper, but lack guidance for finalizing it.

Prof. Garrett is VERY nice and very laid back. His seminars are very individually based - you will basically learn VERY indepth stuff on your own topic - so be prepared for not much during class but TONS of outside work (but it really will pay off!) Garrett is always ready to help

Best prof in GSIPS by far. Committed, caring, principled, witty. Unbelievably well-read in multiple areas. Will inject his own politics into class--which is always enjoyable! Can grade most promising students harder than others. Take all his classes!
