Easiest A ever. There is a paper and final project but if you do those with time, it's a breeze. I wrote my paper in like 30 minutes. Everything is extremely flexible and if anything goes wrong, you can always talk to him. He truly cares about his students and tries his hardest to show you a different "world" ( theater world). He's inspirational.

Took him online and it was an easy A. You have discussions weekly, but they are super easy. There are a couple of quizzes, one project and you have to attend a play and then write a paper on it, but it is not bad. Extremely passable class, he is an easy grader. Take this class for the easy A.

Honestly Professor Neal is the sweetest person. He makes sure everyone is comfortable in class and that everyone is having a good time. He's very fair and nice with his assignments as well. We had to see 2 plays and write about it. Midterm was a monologue performance and the final we performed on stage with family and friends as the audience.

He is an AMAZING teacher, he makes class so enjoyable and he is so understanding. Easy class and super fun I loved it! Second time I take him and I would take him again!! If you can take him please do you won't regret it, fantastic experience taking intro to acting with him

I absolutely loved this class and I'm so grateful I was able to take it with Professor Neal! He is honestly one of the nicest professors I've ever met and even if the assignments look formidable, he helps you every step of the way! He truly reignited a passion in me for the theatre all over again. Please take his class, you won't regret it!

Just took him for Summer B and he is an excellent professor. Probably one of the easiest, most simplest classes I've ever taken. Just do all the work and you will pass with an A. He is very nice and will respond to emails very quickly. TAKE HIM!!!

Easy A! Fun class too! Have to write 2 papers, the midterm is a monologue you perform, and the final is a play. Highly recommend! The professor is super chill too, show up, do your work and you will get an A! :) 9/10

He reads everything you write and truly cares for your opinions on discussion posts, so he will add info if he thinks it will benefit you, or clarify a subject. He replies to all messages in 1-2 days and is very understanding. Always do the extra credits and bonuses

His class was interesting, easy, and enjoyable. One reaction paper to play. 8 tests, maybe 10 discussions, does not require you to reply to another student. A project for your final. Overall nice guy too, will work with you.

Professor Neal is probably one of the best at FIU. I took this class to fill my UCC, and I am so happy that I did so. He is super funny and is really good in terms of getting back to you if you send him an email. The quizzes and tests are not hard, you just have to read the text, and WATCH HIS VIDEOS. TAKE HIM TAKE HIM TAKE HIM. He is so caring/fun

Prof. Neal is truly an amazing Professor, you can tell he is passionate about theatre...I took Summer semester B and although there were a lot of discussions it was kind of interesting, one 1500 word reaction paper and a final project which was not difficult and he gave you options. I did not purchase the book and was still able to pass with an A.

Neal is honestly a blessing of a professor, he is super nice and if you reach out to him with a problem/situation he will help you. There are a good amount of assignments but they are really easy, mostly discussions. Just read what he assigns or watch the videos, turn in every assignment, and you'll easily pass with an A.

Took summer A online. Only 6 weeks. Rent the book, its needed. Multiple weekly discussions and quizzes due. Don't get lazy, do the work ON TIME and you'll get an A. Only one 1500 word paper due after you attend a play, and a 1 minute monologue you perform and upload as your final exam. He's an easy grader. I learned a lot about theatre. TAKE HIM!!!
