Take heed to the comments below, for the numbers do not lie. Dr. Williams is without a doubt the worst professor I have encountered in my education thus far. His vices include lack of interest in helping students, low professionlism, pitiful lecturing, inconsistent exams/content, and grading. Take another political science course.

It was terrible teacher. He gave a compoehensive final with no warning. The question on there you had no idea where they came from. He had the death radal from day 1. It was a miracle that he made to the final. He is extremly boring and who have no idea what he expects you to know. He rambles and never says what chaper your on.Avoid like the plaque

I swear, the first day I had him, he handed out the syllabus, walked by me, coughed and SMOKE came out of his mouth. Ugh! He reads from the book; and makes up a lot of material. Don't waste time writing down EVERYTHING he says. Just invest in a high-lighter. Ask past students for tests or notes.

Lectures in monotone, reminds me of a teenage male talking to an attractive female. The exams aren't difficult, and he grades liberally. Very simple syllabus. Four exams, and that's it. No riffraff. Kind of dull, so only take on MWF (i.e., you don't want to be in his class longer than an hour).

Horrible teacher! I actually tried to talk to him about a half dozen times and every time he acted as if i was not even there. It is His way or no way. Test come from nothing you have ever seen, unless maybe you have seen a past test.

He is the only person I know that can tell a joke, laugh, and simultaneously wheeze without cracking a smile (nobody else understands what he is saying and either a. don't laugh or b.laugh at him). He is also very boring. . . don't say I didn't warn you!

He will literally bore you to tears. I love politics, but this man made me question my major. He wheezes alot. He lectures the whole time and does not take role. We had 2 tests and that was it. Very hard to get an A in there. I made a's in all my pol. classes except his (I got a c in there).

I have no clue in he++ this man got his lecture notes!!! He wheezed when he spoke, and laughed at his own jokes... which is only a problem in a case like this where noone can understand what your saying in the first place!!! Mono toned.
