Very boring professor. Does not lecture on material that you will be held responsible for. You must read the whole textbook for the tests. However he does curve the tests so you can get a decent grade. I felt that I didn't get my tuition $ worth with this class & he made me hate psych!!

The most terrible professor I have ever had. He should absolutely be ashamed of himself.

I like listening to him talk, though didn't always pay full attention. He is a very easy grader when it comes to essays (which are only 1-2 pages which is simple). The tests aren't too bad and it's curved.

This professor has a great sense of humor and has interesting lectures, though they admittedly have little relevance to the tests. He is friendly and approachable. His tests are all multiple choice with an essay and shouldn't be any trouble if you've read the material.

Multiple choice tests, straight out from the text, lectures have nothing to do with the book or tests, 4 chapters per exam = 200 pages so good luck studying because he doesn't go over what to study!! his lectures are very boring but can be interesting in a way, you have to show up to class in order to earn 1 pt each day, grades paper really easy

I will give you that PSY 315 is not supposed to be interesting. But how a person can suck every bit of life out of Abnormal Psych mystifies me. Should attend class before the tests- he goes over the essays, but all of the info. is out of the book anyway. I guess saying he sucks the life out is giving him too much credit. he teaches almost NOTHING

I have to say that I really like Royce. He's a really nice guy, grades pretty easily and fairly, and isn't that difficult. But his lectures, especially at 8:10 am, are pretty boring. It helps if you wait to read the text til AFTER the lecture: makes it a lil more interesting. But def. read because the info from the book & class are in the tests

Many people find him to be a really awful professor (especially in 215), but he is one of my favorites. He is reasonable about everything, very amusing, and a decent lecturer. You learn interesting things. The only real qualm I have about his classes is that you can learn everything from the book. He is not everyone's cup of tea, but I like him.

If you enjoy reading chapters, then attending class this is the class for you! I love Dr. Royce, and all you really need to do is study by reading the book, and attending class for credit!

Colonel Sanders is a good guy. His class was pretty boring but he gives you credit for going. And that was nice because i got Bs and Cs on his tests (which he grades on a curve anyways) and ended up with an A minus.

Great class because it is rather easy. He is a very nice guy and I personally enjoyed him. Others found him unappealing, but I have to go on the record to say that he is a good professor. I can see the down side toward his teaching but all in all great professor.

Do what you can to get out of taking his class. He does not teach, very boring class, and he does not tell you anything about the tests prior to taking them. Good thing, homework is easy. He just makes sure you turned a piece of paper with your name on it. Get the tests from previous years!!!

Boring subject, I don't think anything that anyone could do could make the class fun. I like that we get out early, and that you only have to turn in homework once a week. I did have to learn everything on my own, however.

Has the exact same routine every semester, homework everyday and 4 tests. The tests are multiple choice, but they have nothing to do with the homework. Nice guy, but a little boring.

You would think abnormal pscyh should be one of the most interesting classes you'd ever take, but no, not with this man teaching it. Classes are pointless to attend, tests often cover 6-7 chapters and the questions, though MC, are often ambiguous.

super easy class, and he is nice. he picks on students sometimes (aka calling you even if your hand isnt raised) but other than that the class is good. really easy papers, tests are ALL multiple choice, easy points to get the grade. takes reg. attendance
