Comment:

An underappreciated genius who requires nothing of his students but a willingness to think for themselves. His classes are amazingly easy if you take it upon yourself to at least try to answer your own questions. Expect hilarious and humbling humor, though less now that too many jerks with sensitive egos have complained.

Professor Cox is hysterically funny and teaches the blunt reality through the acrid fumes of sarcasm and truth. Unfortunately most people, students or not, have no real experience in the world and cannot comprehend statements made outside of their (tiny) worldview. Thank you Prof. Cox for speaking to your students as if we are intelligent humans.

I had professor Cox for marketing and business. Although some of the students have problems tying the relevance on what he discusses in class to the materials covered you just have to look deeper, which is hard for some of the students to do. He is a very good teacher and understands more about how people learn than any of the other students.

If you need a babysitter to hold your hand and spoonfeed you the book, you might as well go somewhere else. Dr. Cox's stories are amazing, and relevant, if you have the mental capacity to see the connections. If I ever get the chance to take him again, I'll jump at it. Opened my eyes to business!

Dr. Cox just rocks. He is clear, concise and if you pay attention in class (which is too easy because he's funny as hell) he tells you exactly what is going to be on the exams. All you need to bring with you to class is the grey stuff betwixt your ears.

When it comes to a class on general business principles, Cox should not be teaching. We had to do a business plan as a major project yet he never taught how to create one. Instead he subjectively graded and rambled on about his personal life.
