Mr. Brooks is a very patient and excellent professor. He will treat you equally whether you are a beginning drummer or an expert. Be sure to attend class, practice, and do lab hours. They do count. Assignments are not too hard. Highly recommended beause there is nothing better than learning how to perform art.

he's a really cool teacher! he's one of the best drummers i've ever seen in my life! better than my first drum teacher! ^_^ he's fun, and yet you can feel a sense of discipline in his class, which i really like. there's no room for arrogance and showing off in his class, for him, everyone's equal whether you're a beginner or not...
