Professor Bonnington is absolutely amazing. If you just show up for the review days before the test you are more than likely going to make an A or B on it. He does not grade on attendance, but you do not want to miss any of his lectures. We had four exams but no other work.

Dr. Bonnington is AWESOME! He is very educated in psychology and he honestly loves the topic. His tests are fairly simple if you listen and GO TO REVIEW DAYS. Do not miss them and be sure to write down every question he says; he even answers the questions. He definitely cares and wants everyone to do great.

Dr. B is seriously one of the BEST professors I have ever had at APSU! He genuinely cares about his students. There are four tests and one 10-15 page paper. He always does a review before the test, don't miss it! It is a VERY helpful review. I love his class and love how passionate he is about the subjects he teaches. Highly, highly recommend!

He is an absolute kind man that obviously has much experience in the field of Psychology. However, class feels almost unnecessary as he or other people will go on tangents very unrelated to the topic; plus the exams are entirely comprised of the textbook. He is such a sweet man and is very easy to study for his exams. He gives a study guide before each test and if you know the study guide you know the test! He is very helpful and very kind! Loved him!!!!! I had an awful psychology teacher in HS and so I was dreading it here, but Mr. B completely turned Psy. around for me :)Absolutely love it now!

Awesome professor. Very clear, very helpful. First test was a doozy but every test after that has been very easy, plus he gives a study guide before every test. Take notes and you'll get a good grade in this class.

He lectures pretty much the whole time, and plays videos about psychology... and it was an 8 am class so i missed a lot of classes... but he doesn't really take attendance. He does email you to remind you about assignments and tests, and as long as you study the chapter you can make a good grade.

Amazing teacher.. went into psychology being scared. AND CAME OUT WITH AN A.. yes.. u have to study.. NO it is not hard to. He is kind man and such a great person. He gave us so much extra credit and 10 extra points on every test.:). TAKE HIM .. HE IS AWESOME

I love Bonnington SO much! He is an extremely nice man. It's a pretty easy class, you just have to read the Chapters and do the online Pre/Post tests. It's simple, but you MUST read. If you do that, you'll make an A. :]

Dr. Bonnington is one of the best teachers I've ever had! He makes things as easy as possible, offers extra credit, and really tries to help you understand the course material. Also, in some tests, he uses questions taken directly from online. He tells you what's going to be on each test and is willing to help outside of class. Take him!

I loved his class! He really knows what he is talking about and his tests are based off of the book and questions on mypyschlab.com (which is the only homework you have to do). He is very helpful if you have any questions and he does not take attendance.

Dr. B is a really nice guy. I personally did not enjoy the class at 8am when it was offered but I made the best of it. He does use powerpoint everyday and it made it worse for me (boring). But, I did well in the class. He is very helpful! I am taking him again next semester for abnormal psych, which is not at 8 am!!!

I had Dr Bonnington for abnormal and health psychology. He is a great professor. He uses powerpoint though so sometimes his lectures get boring. His tests are not easy by any means. He does give study guides so be sure you complete them before the tests. They are very beneficial. You can tell he knows his stuff and enjoys teaching. Take him!

I graduated a couple years back but some of my fondest memories (which are difficult to make at 8am) are of his classes. He is so informative yet he still manages to keep things fun and fresh. The classes usually have an upbeat feeling, not rushed, just relaxed. His clsses were a pleasure and I wish I could attend more!
