4 tests which are impossible to get a decent grade. curves a lot on the tests but doesn't help too much. no homework, expects you to read and you basically teach yourself the material. complete waste of money and my time. strong accent and very unhelpful. no one asks questions bc they're afraid to or don't bother bc you cant understand him.

Extremely nice man. Extremely boring lectures. It's easy to talk him out of doing stuff on his syllabus, so go after him strong the first day of classes (we talked him out of a 6 to 8 page paper) Only made us complete three short take home tests and that and attendance was the whole grade, so it was an easy class. Do not need the text book!

only take this class if you want to take a nap. i couldn't stay awake in this class because it was so boring. either that or i was watching Heroes on my laptop. He teaches like he's reading the book. his handwriting is HORRIBLE. and his english is as well. Always left the class when we were taking the test which was weird. don't take him...

Very, very boring. He lectures AT the class. He also has an accent, but its not too hard to understand. Get on his good side and no matter what you get on your tests he will give you a decent grade. He curves and also gives extra credit questions on his tests. His review guides are awful, just read the book material the night before the test

This professor is AWESOME. It is a no brainer. Although what he teaches is one thing, whats on the exam is another, and what the book says is something else-this is the easiest class ever. He always gives a review sheet. You dont have to read at all-Just go to class and take notes and you will be fine. I highly recommend this professor.

He is incredibly boring and he counts attendance as class participation. His tests are also hard because he doesn't teach you anything. His grading scale makes him possible because a 35/50 counts as an A rather than a C. Tests are only passable if you read or take educated guesses after eliminating some choices.

I had him during a summer pre-session for 3 weeks. This guy is very boring, and for 3 hours and 15 minutes it's almost torture. The positive side is that he is easy, and he does curve. If you can teach yourself and sit through a boring class then take him. Also beware of the third exam it is much tougher then the first two.

I found this teacher great. He is smart and makes things easy to understand. He has an accent but that doesn't make any difference. Read the book, pay attention in class and you will do well. I actually learned something in his class.I will recommend him for anybody that has no previous knowledge of economics.

Yeah, class is a bit boring but it's an easy B, or A even. He gives a review sheet for tests, plus offers 20 xc points. No HW, but you should read the chapters for the tests. I got a B without a crazy amount of effort. Nice guy too.

He's a really nice guy and is very knowledgeable. There isn't any class interaction, he lectures the whole time. Passes around attendance sheet. Offers XC for reading WSJ and handing in 4 1 page summaries of articles you read. He is a quiet speaker so sit close and that will help. Tests are curved and easy, but read the book for more clarity!

By far one of the worst professors in terms of teaching the material I have had to date. Does not take attendance or care if you understand the material. Extreme curves, and extra credit. An easy A but you won't learn the material.

This prof doesn't teach at all. The class is pretty much a joke. Just go for the days he hands out the review sheet for the test. He also gives out extra credit. Trust me, you will have no idea what grade you have until the end. MAJOR CURVING!
