Disorganized, unclear objectives. There is an in-class assignment or quiz every class and they are graded extremely strict even when we were just introduced to the information. Questions on exams have never been asked before and there is no study guide to focus on. Just read everything and hope to remember his tangents.

Great Class. Lectures are very interesting with helpful examples. Explains complex in a non-technical way that is easier to understand, meaningful, and relevant. Positive atmosphere: Encourages students and readily answers any questions. Tests are fair. Homework, quizzes & group work help improve grades. I learned a lot. Highly recommend.

I don't understand why people dislike him so much. He is honestly one of the most genuine and fair professors around. Cares a lot about his students and he probably would come in on a weekend if someone asked. He's tough but it's not like the work is impossible. PS: Poor TA selection.

Tikoo is a no-nonsense instructor. He explains the material in detail and expects his students to comprehend and contribute to each lecture. The marketing management course in the MBA program was probably one of the more difficult classes I took, but I definitely learned everything I needed about the subject. The tests were challenging.

Professor Tikoo is very knowledgeable and uses some real life exmples to help us understand what he's teaching. Though his class can be a little boring, he cracks an occasional joke to help liven it up a bit. He's a great professor overall and his tests aren't extremely difficult.

Very knowledgable, respectable, and caring professor. He is among few professor of real quality at the school. He does curb his requirements in response to resistance from students, which is a pity but he kinda has no choice. Try to learn a lot from him and he will deliver.

Tikoo is a very knowledgeable professor, and cares a great deal about students who take a geniune interest in the subject. However, this class is one of the toughest I've ever had to take -- there is a tremendous amount of math & word problems that I never expected going into Marketing Management. Be prepared for A LOT of work.

I liked this prof; he has an accent and sometimes seemed bitter @ the establishment but he was well versed in his material, giving a good amount of examples. Very straight forwards. Can easily calc ur own grade, though i thought i was going to get a C i got a B just cuz he loves me? Or i showed effort and initiative *hint*

I have never had a college teacher actually care when i have done bad on a test/project. Tikoo, without me even asking, pulled me in his office and said what can i do to help you do better. Since he took time to realize i needed help, i took the time to study more. One of the few business teachers that really care about their students.

Group work he grades easy as long as you put effort in it. Tests are pretty hard. Good notes are a plus. Very halpfuland easy to approach. Group work is worth the most so its important that you do it.

Make sure that your avrg on all the case reports amount to a 90 (most likely it will because he grades very easy)because the case studies makes up 55% of you grade. Everyone fails is exams, but he curves. Most likely, you'll get AT LEAST a B.
