I took the online summer course. There are weekly essays but if you put effort into them you will get an A. She gives very good feedback. Weekly modules are very organized. The flash cards she has posted will earn you an easy A and you can reference them while taking the test/quiz. For not being an art person i learned a lot & recommend this class.

I took Art 201 and 250 with her online. She grades fairly for her assignments and papers. Make sure you study and take your time writing essays, don't try to rush through it too fast and you should be fine.

I can say that I learned a lot about art that I did not know with this class, but I don't understand her grading. My first essay (there were weekly essays due) failed because she had her own idea of what MLA style format was and it was not what Purdue Owl or other books I read told you to do. Classmates complained about this also.

I took this class online and Professor Duby was well organized and quick to response to any questions. Every assignment including weekly essays, homework questions, and tests are writing assignments. I am somewhat of a slow writer, so I ended up putting a great deal of time and effort into this class. My effort did pay off with an A.

Professor Duby is definitely an awesome teacher. To be able to teach is a talent. You must be able to understand your students and all their needs. This professor has mastered that talent. ART 111 is the intro to drawing, although some may just believe this to be an elective it is actually motivating for all the classes you take. I RECOMMEND !!!

She is easy to get along with, just pay attention. She is there to help and loves to give suggestions. She does not like cellphones... or anything electronigc really. Just follow her rules and you will do great. She doesnt grade based on skill it is all about effort.

Susan was very helpful and personable. It was an online learning course, so you had to reach out to her if you need help. She is fair in grading as long as she sees the evidence of knowledge and effort. Don't try to pull a quick essay to just do the minimum if you want a decent grade. People who procrastinate will get on her nerves. But shes great!

She's very nice, and was helpful to me. She's kind of quiet, and I can see how some people might be put off by that. But if you ask for her feedback and show an interest in what you're doing, she is glad to give you direction. She expects you to put some effort into the class. Our class went on field trips to museums and galleries.

Ms. Duby is the most patient teacher I've ever encountered. Very lenient, felt bad for her some of the time. Class walked all over her. This course was a cakewalk. Just show up,draw (it didn't even have to be that great),do your homework, get an A.
