If you are looking for a class that you have to put 0 work into then you fail this class. She gives you homework each class. You do Labs each class. The thing I like about her is she gives you things to study for the test (Ex: Kahoots/Study Guides).She a very nice person, but this class is A LOT of work. If you put in the work, you can pass.

She knows the subject matter. She is creative in teaching style. She is passionate about the class. She is very scattered and unorganized. I was really looking forward to this class. I spend more time trying to keep up with her syllabus changes and trying to figure out what she wants than retaining actual class information. Very frustrating!

I loved this class but it was super hard. She wasn't very clear on what all we needed to be doing at once and it took a month or so to figure it all out. Don't ever skip a class because you will miss a ton and your grade could fall. If she sees you trying your hardest she will work with you. I loved all the labs!!

Mrs. Forrest, is an amazing instructor. she is caring and wants everyone to succeed, skip her class and you wont pass especially lab. Read the book, lecture notes and you will pass. quizzes every class for lecture and lab, quizzes are not hard if you paid attention. take good notes, and she is available to help you if needed. gives great feedback.

What an amazing, dedicated, helpful, kind instructor. She works harder to help her students than any instructor I have ever seen. You will not be disappointed if you take any of her classes. This is a tough class but if you work hard and study you will do well. Especially if you utilize all the study tools Susan has to offer.

I learned a lot from Professor Forrest. She made it clear what to study for the tests. Lab was a bit chaos but managed. Very helpful when I had a question. I took patho at the same time although i got a B in both classes i had to work hard to make it work. I don't recommend it.

Susan is a good, no nonsense teacher. Take micro before you take pathophysiology. It will be easier that way. Susan knows & loves micro. I thought what she wanted us to learn was overly-technical, but I was wrong. All those details where totally applicable to nursing, & pathophys. Learn it in her class so pathophysiology will be easier for you.

Susan Forrest is a horrible teacher.Simply because she makes everything 10x more difficult than it has to be by being super unorganized and giving you too much extra information.Don't take her class unless you don't care if you get out ten or fifteen minutes late every time. She ruined my semester. I got an A by tons of extra work and studying.

This class was not easy. You definitely have to study but she gives you all the material you will need and if you don't understand it, it is your own fault. She is always available and provides plenty of different learning material. If you do the work, you will get a good grade. You will also leave the class with an understanding of Microbio.

Awful Teacher doesnt work with you, test are 45% fill in the bank. she doesnt care if your mom was in the hospital or about your outside life issues, she is obsessed with micro, its sorta sickening, and she is very rude. she laughed at one of my test grade when I told her that I felt I did well. Ig a c isnt good enough

While I did do well in this class I didn't like the way she tested us. There were several "essay questions" on her tests where she told you what they were and all you had to do was just write it down over and over again so you would be able to write it down for the test, which for me was not conductive to actually learning the material.

Susan is a great teacher and works with you anyway she can. You need to study the Pencast and Studyguide if you want to score good on the test. She lays it all out there and it is up to you to do what you want with it. I got a B+ (89%), but could have received an A with just a little extra work....shame on me.

I LOVED Susan Forrest. BEST TEACHER EVER! I learned so much from her in just 16 weeks. I would not take any other instructor but her for micro! She knows what she is talking about! She always puts her students first. Shes available 24/7 for any questions. She even lets you call/text her. All of her study guides and pencasts are true to her exams.

Susan Forrest was extremely helpful. Gives study guides and if you study those you will be Golden. I have nothing negative to say about her class. I heard that she is the best teacher to take this from and once I got in her class I confimed it. Just make sure you go to class everyday.

Very helpful! The class is difficult and here is a lot of info but she is excellent at helping you and giving the same info several ways to help you learn it. Sometimes she'll get confused and say the wrong thing but if you pay attention and take nots do the work it is an easy class. She really knows her stuff and enjoys teaching!

Really good teacher. She will make herself available in several ways through different types of technology. You don't really have to read your book much but really study her notes. Lectures are pretty boring but full of information. Really easy class if you pay attention and study the info she gives you!
