You need the penal law for every exam. I ended up getting an A in the class but it was not easy. She does not give enough time on the exams. Attending class is very helpful because she clarifies everything although she posts power points online.

Not an easy A by any means but if you do the work you should definitely be able to get a B. Just do the work and do ALL of the extra credit and even if you do not do well on the quizzes, the extra credit will get you the A. Case briefs are simple and she is very helpful. Took her online.

Prof. Lushing is a good professor. You need to pay attention and go to class in order to do well in her class. 3 - 4 Tests for the semester all out of the Penal Law Book (which you can have open during the tests, and you can put notes in it all you want). I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in Law and is looking for a little challenge

Nice lady. There are about 3-4 tests and your allowed to use the CPL book for the tests. There are many legal briefs to write for her class and there's one due about 2-3 due per week. She's a fair grader and knows a lot about law so you'll learn a lot throughout the course. She makes jokes at times but it is basically all about the material.

Very boring, and the penal law if your not a very analyticalperson can be very complicated, her tests are hard, and if you dont take the time to read the questions carefully( i mean very carefully) you will do poorly. Im lucky if I will leave this class with a C.
