Lough was a very interesting teacher. All though he did not teach too much from the text book, I found that through his odd quirky stories I learnt quite a bit about food (and how to serve a hard boiled egg to some royal lady..lol..). To anyone that is going to take his class, you're in for a good time.

Greatest Proff For Sure...He did discuss smoking pot and drinking a lot, but great life education. Agree that the text book was rarely reffered to. Accomplished a lot in his life, but only remembers the dirties of times.lol.
