If English is your passion, this is your teacher. She is kind and listens to students. She is intensly commited to teaching,Incredibly insightful and puts huge effort into connecting with students. I made it through with a C because she is a leniant grader. DO NOT take her class if you're not a great English student, she is a tough but fair grader.

I thought I would never like nonfiction but after the class I'm a fan. Alot of reading I think we read six books and some short stories. The class makes you think and is less conventional then others. Professor Rosen is amazing she actually listens to what you have to say. I would definitly take another class with her!

I loved Prof Rosen. She was great. You have to do the work and actually think in her class. One of the few teachers that still treats 121 as an honors class. Loved the class discussions about the novels. The paper took thought and work but was not difficult. LOVE HER! Take her!

Professor Rosen is amazing! I took her online so I can only imagine what her positivity feels like in person. She is a very motivating teacher who is very dedicated to helping her students grow as writers. As long as you try and complete the assignments she will be fair. Knows her subject very well. One of my favorite teachers so far at AACC!!

Her creative writing class online was great. She has very challenging assignments, but I wanted to stretch my abilities as a writer. If you want an "easy" course, stick to ENG 112. If you have some writing talent & interest and you want to learn more about the craft, Susan can and will help you do that.
