A wonderful person with a lot of knowledge, but oh my, what so much work she gives! History of architecture was an amazing class but with so many quizzes and papers, the amount of work took away from the potential of what could have been a great class. Prof. W. came to class sometimes with 135+ PPT slides but we had no time to discuss/digest.

She grades very harshly and fails to understand that not everyone can write a 4-5 page essay about a sculptures and paintings from an artsy view. Asian Art is an intro class and only worth 3 credits but get ready to work. Take another professor to fulfill your art requirement if you can.

Lectures consist of power points which will be used for papers and quizzes. She grades quite heavily but as long as you read the instructions of the papers and USE THE TERMS in your papers you should get a solid grade. She is understanding as well and most of the work is online. Do not skip class. Would recommend for Art Appreciation.

Professor Wadsworth is typically unprepared for class. She usually has 2 slideshows up at once while also struggling immensely with tasks such as finding videos on Youtube. She requires students to write complete sentences on slideshows and has all sorts of bizarre rules regarding grammar and writing. She's a nice person but her class is unbearable

DO NOT TAKE HER FOR HISTORY OF ARCHITECURE UNLESS YOU ARE REALLY INTO THAT KIND OF THING! Her papers are long and difficult if you are like me and can't explain buildings from an artsy point of view.

She is very nice to talk to, but an awful teacher. She uses her powerpoints as a crutch and grades extremely harshly based on her very poorly written prompts

She has the most boring class I have ever taken, even when we run out of subject matter she will continue onto the next chapter with 3 minutes left in class. She also grades wayyyy too hard for an entry level art class. I definetaly wouldn't recommend her

Professor Wadsworth's History of Architecture was an unlikely favorite of my first semester. Her presentations and lectures were well designed, the assignments were just right in difficulty and size (word count), and we got to spend a whole class looking at erotic Indian temple decorations. What more can you ask for?

This is a course required for the Honors program at the college. Professor loves what she does, however she fails to understand that not everyone else loves art history, and assigns WAY more homework than other courses of equal credit. Would never take again.

One of my favorite professors!!! She is absolutely amazing! Her class is very interesting and if you want to look at architecture through a different perspective, she will do that for you. The class is very easy, IF you do the WORK! She can be tough, but she is always willing to help. Her quizzes are also unlimited trials!

She is super nice! She walks you through her notes and tells you everything you need to know about every piece of artwork. Her essay tests are difficult though. She likes essays written a certain way and likes lots of detail. Taking notes of what she says in class is helpful when it comes to writing the papers.

I took her art and culture abroad class in Italy and I loved it. I was a little unsure in the beginning if I was going to like her class but it ended up being one of my favorites. She has a real love for the arts and shows it through her teaching. Participate in her class so that she can get to know you and use proper grammar on test/essays.

There are several essay exams throughout this course. They were all very tough. Although Professor Wadsworth is a very kind and helpful professor, I wouldn't recommend this class to you unless you really love art.

Her lectures can be REALLY bland and dry if you're not interested in the topics. I came in here with an open-mind, somewhat interested in becoming an architect and now I know I don't want to become one! I can tell she's really passionate about her work. But, I would not recommend taking her class if you're not passionate about art.

I received a good grade in this class and it was for the most part tolerable. I think she might have an unhealthy obsession with art. Her papers are often very cumbersome, along with her assignments. She is very nice and willing to help any student who needs her assistance. I am glad she replaced her standardized tests with actual papers.

She's a really nice teacher. She is so into what she is teaching which makes some classes very fun. She always talks about her martial art skills. She's been all over the world so she knows her stuff. If you talk out in class she gets to know your name much easier. Go to every class, it will help on the exams.

Really difficult class, lots of material to memorize, but great teacher. Do the reading, it will be a lot easier. Study for exams. She is very nice and very helpful outside of class. She makes class interesting. She is on your side and wants you to do well, and will go out of her way to help you. Really nice person, good teacher, funny too.
