Prof. Peterson was a wonderful teacher, she knows her stuff and will help you if you ask. This class is hard and requires lots and lots of study time which she will state the 1st class. If you are mature about the class then she will respect you. If you don't take it seriously, she won't take you seriously. She gives nice notes and study guides

Unorganized, uses terrible examples, she plays favorites, her tests dont cover what you studied, her "study guides" are less than unhelpful, and lab time is not interactive (usually filling out workbook) she goes off topic easily. I wouldnt recommend her to anyone who wants to learn from a teacher. If you like teaching yourself then take her class

If you don't have the information you need to pass this class, it's your own fault. Ms. Peterson really wants you to learn and her passion for the subject is obvious. She posts notes, study guides, and helpful websites. She answers all emails within 24 hours. This class is not easy, but when you finish, you will know your stuff.

UNORGANIZED!Does not like questions, she can not explain thing to your understanding and if you as her to try again she sayes it the same way. Makes you feel less of a person if you dont understand the chapters. waste time on thing not related to the class, loves her A students and she can not stand students who try. dont take her for A&P! RUN!!!

I took Mrs. Peterson for BSC2085 and found her very helpful. Her lectures are great for the overall picture but you have to read the text book. Connect plus is also useful. Attendance is important so do not miss class.Studying is also necessary,to make a good grade. If I had 5 thumbs they all would be up.

HIGHLY disorganized. Posted the calendar 4 days before lab midterm, surprise! Doesn't cover all the chapters in class due to slow and scatterbrained teaching style (still expects you to know it in detail). She doesn't make the labs interactive. YOU WILL AND MUST LEARN MORE AT HOME! But, the book is more advanced than you need so it's tough!

This class is based heavily on the text. The professor is extremely disorganized and untimely. She is definately strange and odd. She knows her stuff, she just shouldn't be teaching. Study the materials repeatedly because she tests on anything in the text, notes, PP presentations, etc. I've never seen a professor that lectures sitting down.

She is so unprepared and very lazy. She makes excuses for why your notes arent posted on angel yet and why its taken her 4 weeks to grade your tests. She just babbles on about stuff and gets way off topic. She starts every class by letting everyone know that someone, if not more, will fail her class miserably. She is not good.

Her class is very easy. You don't have to know squat about microsoft office or computers and you will do fine. Do the online trainings and the textbook activities that are assigned and you will get an A+. I did not know anything about any of that stuff when i got to her class and got an A+. She makes it seem so much harder than what it really is.

She could hardly stay on topic, was always behind in class, always late, unprepared, and made most of the material seem like we should know this because we have been "taught it since 3rd grade". She was helpful when I neeed to understand a concept but I didn't understand it because I couldn't understand her teaching. Find another anatomy teacher!

We were behind from class day one, she didnt have her own lab book, we never had the correct materials for lab, more concerned with making sure you know how to study than actually teaching. Can be very rude and belittling to students. Had to skip most of last section of lectures because we ran out of time. very smart but not a good teacher.

WORST TEACHER EVER!!!! She gets behind every class. She changed our grading system half way though the semester. our lab is a joke. she did not even have her own lab book to prepare for class. She is really smart but yo smart to understand. And she is always making comments, that make you feel stupid and DA DA dumb, Try not to take her for anything

Very hard professor to take if you do not have the motivation and zest to independantly teach yourself the material. She outlines the chapters in notes and power points. The tests are VERY difficult, but challange you to actually LEARN AND COMPREHEND the subject. She is extremely nice though and if you are having any troubles will go the extra mile

If you can avoid it, do not take her for anatomy. She drones on, wastes precious time and fails trying to play catch up, has a superiority complex (I'm the teacher so shut up), and she has this "poor me" attitude all semester long. As a person, she's nice enough, but she should not be teaching. She even admits to being uncomfortable in a classroom.

NEVER TAKE HER! I took her for A&P 1. Barely passed the class. She rambles on and relates everything to her horses. She has no organization of any kind. She grades things when she gets around to it. Complains and likes to talk about herself. She provides plenty of resources through Angel, so if you know how to teach yourself Anatomy, go for it.
