The teacher is nice, and her lectures are clear, but insofar as actually teaching in the labs I was not impressed. She would get annoyed with questions, but give extremely vague directions on labs, then mark very critically. If you needed help, you had to wait so long, to have brief help. Don't take, unless you already have a strong grasp.

Very nice person, approachable. But knows very little of the classes she teaches. She generally teaches with her husband Deid Reimer. She operates a video camera to film him lecture. Its the equivalent of a cameraman filming a train wreck.

I expected a lame Microsoft Office course but it turned out I learned a lot more than I figured I would. She paid attention to everyone who needed help and really knew her stuff. Good teacher.

She's poor at keeping up with what's going on in the rest of the department - she didn't know that one exam was open book, until her students told her what other classes were doing. Her indecisiveness as well as extra instructions over and above what other profs required was just annoying. Follow the text, work from home, you'll likely do fine.

Very understanding, nice woman, but the class was a snooze. Teachings are done directly from the power-point. I completed the entire course from home, and only showed up like 5 times(?) to write exams. EASY EASY EASY A.

This woman knows her stuff. The exams are easy if you read the textbook. She was super helpful and I've never felt a class was more worth the money than Comp 156. Highly Recommended.

Good class, easy if you have computer experience but be carefull, you'll still need to work on the labs. With no experience you'll need to work pretty hard all around to get an "A" but you'll learn a lot. She definately gives you lots of chances to get a good mark.

Suzanne is really nice, fun and tries to keep the class into her lectures, but her labs are horrible! She expects the work from the book to be done as well as extra little "research" parts of every lab. WAY more work than should be required. If you have other labour intensive classes, STAY AWAY!!

She isnt that bad. It is really boring but you dont really have to go to class. She is really understanding and doesnt mind giving extensions. Her tests are pure memorization though so that's a little difficult if you have a bad memory.
