I took Suzanne for adolescent psychology. She was hilarious and made class enjoyable--I actually wanted to go! Only bad thing about her was that she was somewhat unorganized and the syllabus was not very accurate. Do not buy the textbook!

Comment:

This class required a bit of reading and we were also required to do a group presentation but, I really enjoyed it. Suzanne is a very sweet woman and cares a lot about her job. Our class was very engaged in the discussions she generated. As long as you study for the tests (which aren't too hard) and do the work, you should be fine. She's good!

This class was not fun at all. She is super boring to listen to in lectures and sends you everything through email so I missed outlines half the time because they didn't get to me. The tests aren't terrible but there are questions on there that are tricky and could be two answers. When you ask her she tells you you're right but doesn't change it

She isn't too bad. You probably should buy the book for this class because she doesn't always go over everything. The tests are pretty easy just make sure you study. Overall I didn't think she was terrible. The only bad thing is she grades papers based on grammar which is kind of dumb.

This is only a survey course so I can't blame her for being generally scatterbrained. I enjoy Freedman because you can tell she loves what she does. My only complaint is that she has a unique, unorganized way of communicating through email. It just got to be a little overwhelming.

I really enjoyed Dr. Freedman in my dynamics class. She is slightly disorganized but her class is pretty easy. It is mostly discussion based and you can tell she is intersted in others opinions. 3 tests and 2 short papers. Take her if you want an easy A.

I took Middle Level Child Psych with her. It's not bad but I don't feel like I'm really going to take anything away from the class. She's a nice person but at the same time she gets off topic and doesn't return papers until the next one is turned in so you can't fix it if the first one gets a bad grade.

Such an easy class! You just sit and have dicussion the whole time, and it is actually very interesting. I learned about a lot of statistics that I did not know about. I disagree that she is very opinioned and won't listen to others, she always asks people for their opinion. 3 tests and a paper all of which aren't bad. I would recommend her!

Great professor. I really liked this class and I took it as a night class..You have to do the reading but there are like 3 tests that are multiple choice and short essay where she gives you like 14 and you choose 7 to write on..You have to do some studying, but they're not bad..She is flexible with papers and extends deadlines.
