Compared to the other profs at Humber Sylvia is one of the best. She makes it easy to understand if you never took accounting before. There is alot of work to do - you get homework every class. If you do the homework you will do fine. You HAVE to go to every class or you will fall behind. She gives you test review for the exams

I found Sylvia to be a decent prof. She gives homework at the end of every class which definitely helps prepare you for the tests. She can be boring and disorganized at times. However, I found her tests to be very simple. Just do the homework every week and you will not have any problems.

Terrible Prof. Shows poor demonstration regarding to the work material and sometime even gets her own stuff wrong. Now she can be a nice person, but she would raise her voice at students when students don't understand the material. During the 2nd test, the class average was in the 40's, that's how bad it was. I recommend avoiding this teacher.

The best professor as of 2012-2013 year for BACC 100. She teachings everything in the course with clarity and has helped me whenever I have problems with a question or an issue on the material. She always came in well prepared and I would recommend you at least give her a shot as opposed to what people said about her in the past. She has changed.

Nice Woman, but she's stunned. It appears to me like she has a stroke every day before class. Completley disorganized. Hands out papers like it's going out of style, does not believe in a hole punch. She is by far one of the least pleasing teacher's I've ever had.

She was so easy on marking, if you really wanna learn something about accounting then you must take this teacher. Actually, i am a medical student, but i changed my program to Business Administration. In the starting of course i don't know anything but now i do know everything about accounting by the help of this teacher. She is so nice.
