This class is a BREEZE. She's very upfront and very specific about what she wants; college level effort. She requires a LOT of writing, but it's college! Do what she wants and you'll get an A. I earned a 102% in this class.

I had Sly for my Humn 165 class. It was a mini-session 5 week class â€" which I would not recommend if you actually want to learn. Other than the abruptness of the class schedule, it was a pretty enjoyable time. The assignments were fun, and the final was a piece of cake…

Sly is awesome! The Keystone project instructions were a little unclear but in the end it all worked out; she runs open forum for students to ask any questions. The class is just a lot of work, if you do all of your work and put your efforts into it, you will pass in flying colors! She really is a generous professor and entertaining. Recommend?: Y

All of her assingments are bs, not at all what i expected out of an eng 102 class, and she grades them poorly. She is hellbent on so called "ugh words" and will fail you paper automaticaly for using one. I would not reccommend her at all. I am an A-B student and i currently have a D in her class and I have done C work at on my worst paper.

Sly is one of my favorite teachers. Not only is her class interesting, but she involves what we THINK a lot. She's not just interested in what we know...but how we feel about what we know. My writing improved significantly after taking her classes.

Sly was a wonderful teacher. She's very down-to-earth, cheerful, and friendly. She loves to state her own opinion on everything, but hey... her opinions are very intriguing. She requires a lot of written work, but it's not difficult. I learned quite a bit in her diversity class and really enjoyed the entire semester.

I really enjoyed this class. Ms. Edwards did an excellent job teaching this class. I was a bit surprised that she knew as much as she did about African American Literature. This class was writing intensive but I made it through. I hate that the class wasn't longer. Good Job Mrs. Edwards.

Sylvia's class is a good class to take. We wrote many papers in there to improve our writing skills, anyways, she was very helpful and outgoing. I recommend her as an instructor. PS I'm not a nerdy kid, I'm just an average guy.
