Comment:

One of the worst professors I've ever had. Her grading is whack (takes of points without explanation) and she is extremely biased. She even had the nerve to email specific people (she thought would give her a good rating) and ask them to rate her on Rate My Professor. Her skirts are shorter than her patience and she will give your life a B.

Very approachable, always willing to discuss concerns outside of class. This professor is also willing to work with students who have ongoing personal situations outside of class such as family illness, etc. If you pay attention, do the work, and put in the effort you should have no trouble passing this class.

Had 1 of her classes last spring, am currently taking 2 more with her. Dr. Henneberg is very passionate about literature, and encourages you to be the same way. She is strict and expects you to work hard, but is one of the nicest and most respectable professors at MSU. Take her if you want to really learn and aren't a slacker.

Dr. Henneberg is an incredible professor; she is very knowledgeable on the content and assigns thought-provoking material. Her lectures were effective, enjoyable, and remained on topic. Dr. Henneburg is a great professor that I would recommend to anyone. Taking her for women's studies made the class more enjoyable. She is easy to talk to, clear on the requirements for the class, and very understanding. 10/10 would recommend.

I take Dr. Henneberg as often as I can, not because it is easy, but because I learn more in her classes than in all other classes combined. Every student has a different learning style, but I have never heard of a student who didn't learn A TON from Dr. Henneberg. Yes, the classes are hard. Yes, she expects your best. But you learn so much!

I love Professor Henneberg! Her class seemed intimidating at first but I am so glad I stuck with it! She is extremely smart and funny and made every class interesting. She helped you in any way she could and was very accommodating. She's not strict, but she expects you to do your work. I would take her again if I could.

Was not able to make herself clear at all. Left the entire class confused. Changed the final's layout at the last minute. Doesn't remember what she says in previous classes. Is not accomadating at all. Very judgmental. Take her if you have to but keep up with everything yourself.

She is a very biased woman. Does not like it when you throw in your opinions on different matters. Also tries to connect her womens studies classes with Eng and no one know what she was talking about. Failed me on my first paper and wrote on it, i don't agree with your thoughts on this topic. I would not recommend taking her

Very Feminist, One sided, doesnt seem to care unless your female. Never had a teacher so biased as she was. And it was BLATANTLY OBVIOUS. All the essays that were graded by students I got good grades then when gone over by her, she failed me on every one of them. So obviously feminist as well, all the readings are about Womans rights...DO NOT TAKE!

She gave what was thought to be a "terminology" exam. Turned out to be a mostly-essay exam where extensive connections had to be made within some terms. She made the class re-take it, and some students did worse the second time. Very little to NO feedback either. Also not liking the biographical approach to the class. I fear the final exam.

I really liked Mrs. Henneberg, she never bores you and she is pretty easy going. She likes people who participate outloud in the class. Shes a very nice teacher and very fun!
