Comment:
He is, by far, the worst professor I've ever had. He doesn't understand that physics is hard, and that he needs to dumb it down. Especially because its a 100 level, nonmajor, class. He doesn't explain things well, he doesn't take questions well. He belittles students who ask questions that he thinks we should know the answer to. Avoid him.

Took this class over the summer 2 years ago. This professor is nice and helpful. Yes, he has an accent, but you get over it in like 30 minutes of the first lecture. He's very clear if you pay attention!! Read the book, do the suggested homework, and ask questions! He's very helpful in lab as well.

Took class in summer (4 weeks). Accent is hard to understand. The labs were boring but mandatory (must pass lab to pass entire class). Beginning tests were easier. Each test was 10 mult choice and 3 open ended. There was no final because class was so short. I did badly on test 3 due to illness, was very understanding and averaged my 1st two tests.

Very confusing when explaining concepts. The start of the class went well, but he was continually getting more vague as the semester went on. His accent was somewhat of a hindrance with understanding.

Comment:
Very confusing and hard to understand. He does not explain the concepts well at all, leaving everyone confused as to what's going on. Lab with him is a waste of time and is completely pointless. Not only is he confusing, but he is very condescending when you don't understand him. I would never take another class with him.

I found him to be cute and very interesting. He can seem stern but if you ask intelligent questions and are present for the labs the class is tolerable.

good prof. Lab went by quickly and I had a good time. His english is tough at first but you catch on to most of what he's saying by the end of the semester. Still sketchy though. Your grade is the final and attendance, and the final is from your lab notes and it's open book so it's not too difficult.

Impossible to understand. Very choppy english. He tries to explain things and it's a disaster. Responds in a nasty way when you ask a question. He lets you make mistakes that waist time and confuse you before explaining the right way. Very frustration! Do yourself a favor and don't take him

difficult to understand, but you get used to it. he's really helpful if you go talk to him after class/during office hours. oh, and go to class! the handouts he gives are a lot easier to understand than reading the book!
